您在注册程序过程中点击“确定”按钮即表示您与FaceGlow达成协议，完全接受本服务条款项下的全部条款。您一旦使用FaceGlow的服务，即视为您已了解并完全同意本服务条款各项内容，包括FaceGlow对服务条款随时做的任何修改。
一．使用限制
可以使用我们的应用程序的要求：
(1) 您必须年满18岁，
(2) 您（或您的父母/监护人）必须同意受这些条款的约束。
如果您不符合任何和所有这些标准，请从您的系统中删除所有FaceGlow应用程序并且不要使用服务。任何减轻体重或变得更健康的行为都需慎重考虑。 虽然提供FaceGlow服务是为了帮助您完成这个过程，但它们不能替代适合您的专业评估。 我们强烈建议您不要轻率地采取任何行动，特别是如果您未满 18 岁。我们建议您咨询负责任的成年人，他们将帮助您在采取任何可能的行动之前考虑此类行动的许多方面。
二．服务内容
FaceGlow的具体服务内容由FaceGlow根据实际情况提供，例如个人信息、个人分享信息等。FaceGlow保留变更、中断或终止部分网络服务的权利。
FaceGlow保留根据实际情况随时调整FaceGlow平台提供的服务种类、形式。FaceGlow不承担因业务调整给用户造成的损失。
三．注册义务
为了能使用本服务，您同意以下事项：授权登录账号，并确保今后更新的名号、头像等资料的有效性和合法性。若您提供任何违法、不道德或FaceGlow认为不适合在FaceGlow上展示的资料；或者FaceGlow有理由怀疑你的资料属于程序或恶意操作，FaceGlow有权暂停或终止您的帐号，并拒绝您于现在和未来使用本服务之全部或任何部分。
FaceGlow无须对任何用户的任何登记资料承担任何责任，包括但不限于鉴别、核实任何登记资料的真实性、正确性、完整性、适用性或是否为最新资料的责任。
四．内容使用权
用户不得使用FaceGlow服务发送或传播敏感信息和违反国家法律制度的信息，包括但不限于下列信息：
反对宪法所确定的基本原则的；
危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
损害国家荣誉和利益的；
煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；
破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；
散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的；
含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容的。
用户承诺发表言论要：爱国、守法、自律、真实、文明。不传输任何非法的、骚扰性的、中伤他人的、辱骂性的、恐吓性的、伤害性的、庸俗的，淫秽的、危害国家安全的、泄露国家机密的、破坏国家宗教政策和民族团结的以及其它违反法律法规及政策的内容。若用户的行为不符合以上提到的服务条款，FaceGlow将作出独立判断立即取消用户服务帐号。用户需对自己在网上的行为承担法律责任，FaceGlow不承担任何法律及连带责任。
五．免责声明
一旦您注册成为用户即表示您与FaceGlow达成协议，完全接受本服务条款项下的全部条款。对免责声明的解释、修改及更新权均属于FaceGlow所有。
由于您将用户密码告知他人或与他人共享注册帐户，由此导致的任何个人信息的泄漏，或其他非因FaceGlow原因导致的个人信息的泄漏，FaceGlow不承担任何法律责任；
任何第三方根据FaceGlow各服务条款及声明中所列明的情况使用您的个人信息，由此所产生的纠纷，FaceGlow不承认任何法律责任；
任何由于黑客攻击、电脑病毒侵入或政府管制而造成的暂时性网站关闭，FaceGlow不承担任何法律责任；
我们鼓励用户充分利用FaceGlow平台自由地张贴和共享自己的信息。您可以自由张贴图片等内容，但这些内容必须位于公共领域内，或者您拥有这些内容的使用权。同时，用户不应在自己的个人主页或社区中张贴其他受版权保护的内容。
用户在FaceGlow发布侵犯他人知识产权或其他合法权益的内容，FaceGlow有权予以删除，并保留移交司法机关处理的权利。
用户对于其创作并在FaceGlow上发布的合法内容依法享有著作权及其相关权利。
互联网是一个开放平台，用户将图片等资料上传到互联网上，有可能会被其他组织或个人复制、转载、擅改或做其它非法用途，用户必须充分意识此类风险的存在。用户明确同意其使用FaceGlow服务所存在的风险将完全由其自己承担；因其使用FaceGlow服务而产生的一切后果也由其自己承担，FaceGlow对用户不承担任何责任。
六．服务变更、中断或终止
如因系统维护或升级的需要而需暂停网络服务、服务功能的调整，FaceGlow将尽可能事先在网站上进行通告。
如发生下列任何一种情形，FaceGlow有权单方面中断或终止向用户提供服务而无需通知用户：
用户提供的个人资料不真实；
用户违反本服务条款中规定的使用规则；
未经FaceGlow同意，将FaceGlow平台用于商业目的。
七．服务条款的完善和修改
FaceGlow会有权根据互联网的发展和中华人民共和国有关法律、法规的变化，不时地完善和修改FaceGlow服务条款。FaceGlow保留随时修改服务条款的权利，用户在使用FaceGlow平台服务时，有必要对最新的FaceGlow服务条款进行仔细阅读和重新确认，当发生有关争议时，请以最新的服务条款为准。
八．特别约定
用户使用本服务的行为若有任何违反国家法律法规或侵犯任何第三方的合法权益的情形时，FaceGlow有权直接删除该等违反规定之信息，并可以暂停或终止向该用户提供服务。
若用户利用本服务从事任何违法或侵权行为，由用户自行承担全部责任，FaceGlow不承担任何法律及连带责任。因此给FaceGlow或任何第三方造成任何损失，用户应负责全额赔偿。
九．订阅费用和订阅时长
FaceGlow会员的订阅费用根据你注册时选择的套餐类别而定：每月$3.99（每个月一付），或者每年$28.99（一年一付）。当你的订阅到期时，会自动续订。如果您不想继续订阅，可以在到期日之前随时终止你的会员订阅 。取消之后，直到到期日之前，你依然能享受先前的订阅服务。对于您不同原因发起的取消订阅，无论部分使用服务，或从未使用服务，我们均不提供退款。
订阅价格可能会不时变化，继续使用FaceGlow会员即表示您同意价格变动。 FaceGlow保留随时更改订阅价格的权利。 订阅价格的变化将在价格变更日期之后的下一个订阅期开始之日生效，并将在该日期之前通知受变更影响的用户。 在价格变更生效后继续使用服务，即表示您同意接受新的订阅价格。

The products and services provided by FaceGlow are for informational purposes only and should not be used as medical advice or as a substitute for professional services provided by a licensed physician or other health care provider or practitioner. FaceGlow does not provide medical advice and is not a licensed health care provider. You can only become a user of FaceGlow and use the Services if you fully agree to all of the following Terms of Service and complete the registration procedure. You should read this User Agreement carefully before using the services provided by FaceGlow.
By clicking the "OK" button during the registration process, you and FaceGlow agree to fully accept all terms under these Terms of Service. By using FaceGlow's Services, you are deemed to have understood and fully agreed to the Terms of Service, including any changes FaceGlow may make to the Terms of Service from time to time.
1. Use restriction
Can use our application requirements:
(1) You must be at least 18 years old,
(2) You (or your parent/guardian) must agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not meet any and all of these criteria, please remove all FaceGlow applications from your system and do not use the Services. Any attempt to lose weight or become healthier should be considered carefully. While FaceGlow services are provided to help you through this process, they are not a substitute for a professional assessment that is right for you. We strongly advise you not to take any action lightly, especially if you are under the age of 18. We recommend that you consult a responsible adult who will help you consider the many aspects of such action before taking any possible course of action.
2. Service content
The specific service content of FaceGlow is provided by FaceGlow according to the actual situation, such as personal information, personal sharing information, etc. FaceGlow reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate certain network services.
FaceGlow reserves the right to adjust the types and forms of services provided by the FaceGlow Platform at any time according to the actual situation. FaceGlow is not responsible for the losses caused to users due to business adjustments.
3. Registration obligation
In order to use the Service, you agree to: authorize the login account, and ensure the validity and legality of future updates of the name, profile picture and other information. If you provide any material that is illegal, unethical or that FaceGlow considers inappropriate for display on FaceGlow; If FaceGlow reasonably suspects that your information is a program or malicious operation, FaceGlow has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your current and future use of the Service, in whole or in any part.
FaceGlow assumes no responsibility for any registration information of any User, including but not limited to its responsibility to identify and verify the authenticity, correctness, completeness, suitability or current status of any registration information.
4. Content right
Users may not use the FaceGlow Service to send or disseminate sensitive information and information that violates national legal systems, including but not limited to the following information:
Opposed to the basic principles established in the Constitution;
Endangering state security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity;
Harming the honor and interests of the State;
Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;
Sabotages the state's religious policies and propagates cults and feudal superstitions; Spreading rumors, disturbing social order or undermining social stability;
Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crimes; Insult or slander another person or infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of another person;
It contains other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations. Users promise to make comments to: patriotic, law-abiding, self-disciplined, true, civilized. Do not transmit any illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hurtful, vulgar, obscene, endangering national security, revealing state secrets, undermining state religious policies and ethnic unity, and other content that violates laws, regulations and policies. If the User's behavior does not comply with the above mentioned Terms of Service, FaceGlow will immediately cancel the User's service account in its independent judgment. Users are responsible for their actions on the Internet, and FaceGlow does not assume any legal and joint liability.
5. disclaimer
By registering as a user, you agree with FaceGlow that you fully accept all terms under these Terms of Service. The right to interpret, modify and update this disclaimer belongs to FaceGlow.
FaceGlow shall not be liable for any leakage of personal information resulting from the disclosure of your user password to others or the sharing of your registered account with others, or for any other leakage of personal information not caused by FaceGlow; FaceGlow does not accept any liability for any dispute arising from the use of your personal information by any third party in accordance with the circumstances set out in FaceGlow's Terms of Service and Statements;
FaceGlow shall not be liable for any temporary shutdown of the Website due to hacking, computer virus intrusion or government regulation;
We encourage users to take full advantage of the FaceGlow platform to freely post and share their own information. You are free to post images and other content, but the content must be in the public domain or you have the right to use the content. At the same time, users should not post other copyrighted content on their personal pages or communities.
FaceGlow has the right to delete content posted by users in FaceGlow that infringes the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others, and reserves the right to transfer it to judicial authorities.
Users are entitled to Copyrights and related rights in accordance with the law in respect of legal content created and published on FaceGlow.
The Internet is an open platform, users upload pictures and other materials to the Internet, may be copied by other organizations or individuals, reprint, unauthorized change or other illegal purposes, users must be fully aware of such risks. You expressly agree that your use of the FaceGlow Service is entirely at your own risk; All consequences arising from its use of FaceGlow's services are also its own responsibility, and FaceGlow assumes no responsibility for the user.
6. Service change, interruption or termination
In case of suspension of network services and adjustment of service functions due to the need of system maintenance or upgrade, FaceGlow will notify the website as far as possible in advance.
FaceGlow has the right to unilaterally interrupt or terminate the Service provided to the User without notice if any of the following occurs:
The personal information provided by the user is untrue;
The user violates the rules of use set forth in these Terms of Service;
Use the FaceGlow Platform for commercial purposes without the consent of FaceGlow.
7. Improvement and modification of the Terms of Service
FaceGlow will have the right to improve and modify the FaceGlow Terms of Service from time to time in accordance with the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. FaceGlow reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time. When using the FaceGlow Platform services, it is necessary for users to carefully read and re-confirm the latest FaceGlow Terms of Service. In case of any dispute, the latest Terms of Service shall prevail.
8. Special agreement
If the user's use of the Service violates any national laws and regulations or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, FaceGlow has the right to directly delete the information in violation of such provisions, and may suspend or terminate the service provided to the user.
If the user uses the Service to engage in any illegal or infringing acts, the user shall be solely responsible, and FaceGlow shall not bear any legal and joint liability. The User shall be liable for full compensation for any loss caused to FaceGlow or any third party.
9. Subscription fee and duration
Subscription costs for FaceGlow members vary depending on the type of plan you choose when you sign up: $3.99 per month (one payment per month) or $28.99 per year (one payment per year). When your subscription expires, it will be renewed automatically. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you may terminate your membership subscription at any time before the expiration date. After cancellation, you will still be able to enjoy your previous subscription until the expiration date. We do not offer refunds for cancellations initiated by you for different reasons, whether you have used the Services in part or never used the Services.
The subscription price may change from time to time, and by continuing to use FaceGlow membership, you agree to the price change. FaceGlow reserves the right to change the subscription price at any time. The change in subscription price will take effect on the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change, and users affected by the change will be notified prior to that date. By continuing to use the Service after the price change takes effect, you agree to accept the new subscription price.
